BRINGING GLORY TO GOD

We have only one opportunity to live our lives. Each day goes by and that day is gone. Do we ask ourselves this question each day? Did my actions today bring glory to God? Every day is a gift. We do not control whether we have another day or not. Only God has control of that. What we do have control over is how we live our lives. I Corinthians 10:31 says, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Do we live our lives daily bring glory to God?

There is going to be a day arrive where it will be our last day. Whether we grow old or not we only have one life to live. After this earthy life then comings Eternity. Have we prepared ourselves for that. God made eternity with Him possible through Jesus Christ. Jesus himself said in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."  Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. How simple that is. Consent with your mouth Jesus Christ is Lord and repent from your sins and you will be saved. That simple salvation is. Living a life that brings glory to God is the harder part. We have a tendency to sin. We still live in a sinful world and we live in a sinful body. It takes a conscious effort to live life bringing glory to God.

We all will have a judgment day. II Corinthians 5:10 says, "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or bad.  Are we preparing ourselves for that day. Bringing Glory to God will always be considered as one of the good things on that judgment day. Remember every day is a gift from God. Thank Him for those gifts and use those gifts to always bring Glory to our Father in heaven because he deserves it.
